At Levas, each product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before shipping. We aim to ensure every order reaches you safely and meets your expectations.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases of voluntary returns (if exceptionally accepted), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Important Notes
- Items must not be used or altered.
- Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
- Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of Levas.
